Ministry Nueva Vida y Paz - Central America

Ministry Nueva Vida y Paz has been established in Central America since 1992 During that time many people have been rehabilitated from addictions like drugs and alcohol through counseling and our use of Christ’s teachings. At our center we offer hope to those who have none. We believe that God is not only ready but moreover desires to put in order every area of our lives. He puts our lives in order in a way that we can do things that please him.

Our lives are restored by Jesus, first by recognizing that he came and was crucified for the sins of the world making a redemptive path in a lost world and, second, understanding that thru Jesus’ sacrifice, and with the help of the Holy Spirit, we can now have a relationship with our Heavenly Father. This means that we must work and concentrate on bringing all our thoughts and projects into the obedience of Jesus.

A lot of time and patience is required on the road to total restoration. A person must take time to learn and be disciplined. And because this process takes time and patience, a person must be willing and want to be teachable and must commit to the total time of our program, which ranges from 8 to 10 months.

During the program, our residents learn how to walk in the light and love of God. They do this, taking personal responsibilities to increase their goals and privileges. The resident has increased responsibility with each phase of the program, until he learns how to give and receive orders and instructions and how to give and receive care and correction to others with love.
